As Director of Client Services of The Ruffin Group Insurance Solutions, Lindsay brings a wealth of seasoned experience and an extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry from many perspectives: as a medical provider, a hospital employee and an insurance advisor. Her ceaseless dedication to educating and providing customers with the most viable healthcare options available to them, her keen instinct for navigating all aspects of the healthcare industry and her own edification of the ever-changing landscape of Health Care Reform make Lindsay one of the best in the business.
Originally from Denver, Colorado, Lindsay worked at Craig Hospital in Denver, ranked consistently as one of the top ten rehabilitation hospitals in the country. As a Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation Technician, she worked extensively with physicians and clinical staff to provide superb patient treatment and care. She then embraced her passion for healthcare and transitioned into the thriving medical devices industry, working directly with patients, physicians and filing claims with insurance carriers. When the warm weather and sunny beaches of Southern California beckoned, she and her husband moved to Los Angeles in 2012, continuing her career growth in the healthcare industry by working with an out of network provider and deepening her understanding of the complexity of medical insurance plans. As Health Care Reform began to take shape in California, Lindsay saw another opportunity to further her industry experience by becoming a licensed California agent and joining forces with The Ruffin Group.
Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband friends and family, and her two pups Kona and Penelope. She’s passionate about wellness and exercise frequently practicing yoga and running along those sunny beaches. Otherwise you can find her exploring new restaurants and all the fun activities California has to offer. Lindsay is a graduate of Colorado State University, with a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science with Sports Medicine Concentration. She also spent 6 years as a Denver Broncos Cheerleader, even having the opportunity to visit our troops overseas.
